Dr. Jaclyn Brancato is a board-certified primary care physician who brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to her patients. Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Brancato has deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to providing personalized, compassionate care. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Brancato welcomes a diverse patient population and is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive healthcare environment.
She graduated with honors from Stevens Institute of Technology (B.S.), earned her medical degree from The University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey's School of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), and completed her residency at Barnabas Health Jersey City Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident in her third year. Her approach to medicine is centered on listening, empowering patients through education, and fostering long-term wellness for individuals and families alike.
Dr. Brancato lives in New Jersey with her husband, Chris, and their four children. Outside the clinic, she enjoys attending her children's sports events, volunteering in the community, staying active through exercise, and unwinding with a little Taylor Swift music.
She is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to being a trusted partner in your health journey.
